The Super Bowl is this Sunday, and if you are like anyone at my house, you are already looking forward to the big game and all the good food that comes with it. Now, I must say, how sad I am that we won’t be watching the Texans play on Sunday, but there are two terrific teams playing (and the halftime show – Hey J Lo!) that should make it a pretty great game to watch.

I created this super easy and yummy cheese(y) platter that is perfect for a crowd (or just a couple if you love cheese like me!) I added a few football components including football shaped cheese, buffalo cream cheese dip and cute football themed food picks. The football cookie cutter and food picks were both from amazon, so just click the links to grab them. I really wanted to add a buffalo component because it screams football food to me, and it turned out really great. It’s a little spicy but you can always decrease the hot sauce if you want something milder. Below, you will find the buffalo cream cheese recipe along with all the items I purchased for the platter. I made sure to have some veggies for that cream cheese dip and it was a perfect pair.

Make sure you have a good size platter to place all the goods, and a few small ramekins for the dips and spreads. Arrange all items closely together on platter and voila! The ultimate Super Bowl cheese platter! Happy Gameday folks!

Buffalo Cream Cheese Dip

• 1 package of cream cheese room temperature
• 2 TSP of franks hot sauce
• 1 TSP of white vinegar
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp of onion powder
• 1/4 tsp of salt
• 1/4 tsp of pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
